Bridget is an injury and performance specialist who has spent years working with elite athletes. Previous clubs include; Watford FC, Chelsea FC Ladies, Elmbridge Eagles RFU and Surrey Storm NLT. Bridget has spent the later years working alongside Chiropractors in private practice. She combines her hands-on approach with cutting edge rehabilitation methods to treat a variety of injuries and clientele. She has a full understanding of the spine and nervous system and likes to treat the body as a whole.

She is a fully insured member of the Society of Sports Therapists, holds a current first aid qualification and has both an Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute  Matwork Level 1 and Ante/post natal Pilates qualification.
